RMF/ Made at No.18 Fundraiser

It was a great night at the fundraiser, there were many people there. Raffles and Charging to get in was how the money was raised, many acts had been on all day. The main act of the evening was Chris Bannister who is a John Denver tribute act. He was absolutley brilliant! The crowd were very appreciative of his performance especially Bruce Swanwick. This was his life long dream to see someone perform his favoutite Musicians music. Thankyou too Lee Horsley who had done the sound and Mick Wilson who was there to generally support the event. RMF is a music festival that is held in Ripley, there is a young bands night along with the original RMF which consists of original songs. Made at No.18 is a small arts cafe in Alfreton which offers Musical and Arts opportunities to young people. Around £200-300 was raised. Well done to every who took part in the event and to everyone who turned up.
